Performance of the play <b>"Different, but Equal"</b> by the 4th year ESO students (ages 15-16) of IES Diego Gaitán.<br> Spring 2025, 3 families: the Franco Dos Sicilias, the Martínez de Borja, and the Carrillo Cuesta. <br>Victoria (of the Franco Dos Sicilias family) is engaged to the son of her mother's best friend, a noble and innocent young man named Fernando (of the Martínez de Borja family). Victoria is no longer in love with Fernando, but he is dying for her.<br> Meanwhile, Anastasia and her son Fernando are very excited about the wedding preparations, anxiously planning everything.<br> In the Puente de Vallecas neighborhood, life continues as usual. Kike (the eldest of the Carrillo Cuesta brothers) is a rebellious and fun-loving boy who's always ready to party with his friends. Yoli (Kike's sister) is Victoria's beautician, and she encourages the daughter of strict parents to go out that night. Victoria tries to convince her parents to let her go, but they refuse. She sneaks out, and that night she meets the love of her life: Kike. From there, a plot unfolds in which the families clash, and, like Romeo and Juliet, we'll see if love triumphs over all odds.
